The service was fine. However, paying my bill with a credit card I was charged a “technology fee” or surcharge fee of 3.5% which I was told this policy began in March of 2024. If using debit or cash there is no fee. It is illegal in MA to charge a consumer a surcharge fee to cover your processing fees. At the time of my appointment I forgot a coupon and told the service agent who honored it. Since that was done and I appreciate it, I am not looking to recoup the fee back, but wanted to notify you about the MA law regarding the surcharge fee.

Dillon Brotosky was very courteous and helpful explaining why service was taking longer than expected. A recall fix was done to my 2019 Honda Civic in addition to regular scheduled service. I was pleased with Dillon.
