Todd was welcoming and reviewed scheduked svc making sure the part had arrived at the facility. I asked if they could also do inspection as it was due and he accommodated my request on the spot. Friendly, expedited service as usual. Out of there in an hr. Highly recommend.

Just purchased my lease vehicle. Left messages with a few different salesmen the only one that helped me was Tom in the Leominster Honda Ron Bouchards. I had to wait 3 weeks for the title to come in. Then after i purchase the vehicle for 25 thousand dollars they never washed or vacuumed the vehicle. I just wanted to let you know that I was not very happy with that all the money I spent for this Honda CRV it should have at least been washed and vacuumed. Thank you Donna Booth
