Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. - patient with my questions, and super helpful. I was disappointed that there was a recall on my vehicle that was not picked up at my recent service appointment. I travel some distanced to get to the dealership, and would have appreciated not having to make another trip to get that rectified.

I received a computer printout listing what was done and the total cost. However, I didn't receive an invoice, like I have in past appointments, with the breakdown and separate costs. I don't know if the computer system was down that day, but I would appreciate the invoice being mailed to me for my maintenance records. Thank you, Joyce

Todd was awesome to work with had a good laugh over which is better coke or Pepsi Todd kept me up to date on the work that was done and what we should replace for next future visit which is my front brakes good for now but something to consider replacing on my next oil change Todd is a great worker

Jimmy was very accommodating and showed a good understanding of the potential issue with the AC. In spite of the computer malfunction he was able to tell me what the issue was when the car was repaired. On the whole he was friendly and knowledgeable.
