When you message someone saying I could message at anytime with questions or concerns and then I do and there is no response it’s disappointing. I’m aware it’s probably an automated message but someone should answer even if it’s not the representative they are claiming to be.

An incident occurred while being there that was causing a time restraint and I needed to leave quickly. He was able to get me out the door on time to ensure I could maintain my prior obligation and went the extra mile to provide additional accommodations after the fact. Jimmy and Chris are two excellent employees of yours and make your company run to the highest standards of customer service.

Sebastian did a wonderful job of making me feel like family! He listened to questions carefully, worked with the technicians to get answers, and explained things in detail. I had not seen him before and he was awaiting his cards so he is new. I was extremely impressed with his work and so that is a credit to both him and your Ron Bouchard selection and training process. We have not had a bad experience at your facility. Sebastian fits right in with your team exceptionally well! Were I a competitive dealer and "poacher", I would try to "poach" him, but I am not either of those - so don't worry!
