I’ve had an issue with radio screen for two years. Last year I was told it was my phone or cord, I replaced both. This visit because they didn’t see the issue they said they couldn’t fix it and it probably was my phone.
I was totally satisfied with my experience at your dealership. Sebastian took better care of me than any other representatives of a dealership has ever done for me. He is exemplary of. I am certain the type of care that you provide your customers. I will never seek maintenance or any type of care for my vehicle again anywhere but at your facility.

Sebastian is excellent. My problem is that your mechanic got greasy dirt on the inside of my door panels. This is the SECOND time this has happened and I'm not happy about it.
