Great communication providing status updates while vehicle was in service.
I had to bring my car back a 2nd time due to leaking tire. Service could not find the leak the first time on the tire. This was on first appointment this week. They did find it on this 2nd appointment and replaced the tire. I was happy with this appointment!

I was happy to hear it would be a waste of money to rotate my tires due to wear and end of life. It’s unusual in the industry not to take advantage of customers. The second I get that feeling of such I run elsewhere
