The price of parts was outrageous and shameful. Feel free to ask Todd for the details. I already spent enough time pointing out the specific dollar amounts for the parts that he should have quoted me. I will never come back to Ron Bouchard’s for Service or Sales. I can tell my satisfaction is not the priority.

Jimmy was great my anxiety was through the roof when I brought my car in & told me it was my engine. He contacted my warranty company and kept on them for approval although it took a couple days ( not his fault).I will continue to return to Ron Bouchard Honda service dept,caus Ethel are always so helpful.

We had a needed, unexpected repair with our CRV and the service department was fantastic including minimizing the cost. I believe it was Sebastian who handled our service. We definitely will remain loyal to Ron Bouchard service and sales for this.
