When, I came in on Saturday June 8 th for the $89.99 oil change & tire rotation coupon I was meet by A lady ( I forgot her name???) she was friendly,& nice !!!!
The wait this time was just about a hour!!!!
Then ( what's her name???) told the Honda Civic was all and told me that the front breaker was starting to show some wear & tear recommend to get those replaced in about 6 months??? I had a feeling about about that!!!
I asked her if the car was ready for & pass MA car inspection????
She replied with a YES!!!!
So, I paid & using my debit card & I did get another saving coupon bonus and I think the final bill for oil change+ tire rotation was $83.00
Which, on today's economy means it's a good bargain!!!!!

I was very pleased with the service and the representative.
Communication was absolutely awful. I used the text service. I used the phone service. I left messages with secretaries. I went nearly two days with almost no communication which is completely unacceptable. During that time I had to rely on my sister to come and get me my wife or daughter for various appointments that we didn't have a heads up that the car would be gone for. I'm not even sure if the oil change I requested was done. Unfortunately this is not the first time I've had issues at this dealership and I'm convinced that it is a mistake to keep coming as it many times results in some mishap. It's unfortunate because it is so close to my home and the others are much further away but have offered a consistently high level of service.

During every interaction the team was thoughtful, proactive, and friendly.

Cost me an extra $45 for using a credit card? Why do you think it’s ok to pass along a bank fee to your customers? Are you a convenience store with an atm in the corner or a major car dealership? Jiffy lube doesn’t have a credit card fee last time I checked. Your team onsite is excellent and provides great service but I am going to look at all options before I do another major repair here.
I had a very serious situation. When I got the car inside at Honda we looked under the hood.The fuel was all over it was saturated with gas. Dillon assured me everything would be taking care of. Great guy! Great job!! Thanks Dillon.

Todd went above and beyond to honor a mailed in promo coupon, after the initial transaction. With technical difficulties he kept trying to find a way to deliver a yes, instead of no. Even though the dollar amount was a small percentage of the total maintenance it counted a great deal for me.
