I booked the first appointment in the morning so that I could get in and out of there as quickly as possible. All I was having done was a software update. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my car back. I think that was way too long.
Dillon presented me with a very disappointing situation regarding my CRV, but gave me a very suitable solution to resolve my situation. He worked with me on pricing to make the situation manageable. I’ve worked with Dillon on another situation regarding my Accord, and I make it a point to deal with him on all my service related issues going forward. He is a very valuable employee to the dealership and you should recognize him going forward.

Kameryn was great. We were at the dealership under stressful circumstances. We are from Syracuse and had paid $4,000 the prior week at our Honda dealership to get our car in shape for our trip. This included new brakes incl calipers to 3 wheels. When using our brakes on Sun there was a loud metal grinding sound. We called your dealership On Monday morning and we’re told we could bring it right in at noon. We were so relieved! Kameryn met us as we arrived and was with us the whole time. She understood our worry. Your technicians replaced a bolt that had not been tightened properly and we were on our way. Not only was Kemeryn great but as we waited I watched other team members interact with customers and was impressed at the level of professionalism. You have assembled an impressive team. Thank you for helping us on such short notice enabling us to arrive here in Maine as planned.
