Jamie was great throughout the entire process. I was at a loss thinking my son's truck needed to go to the junk yard. I called you guys and spoke with Dillan he convinced me to allow you guys to look at it. I had it towed there and the next spoke with Jamie. I sent an email yesterday to the service email listed on the receipt. I have copied & pasted it below.
Hi there,
I had my 2017 HR-V serviced yesterday to figure out why there was water damage in the vehicle after the heavy rain we had the week prior. The person I spoke with when scheduling the appointment on Sept. 9th mentioned that I should try to soak up as much water as I could from the vehicle, but the carpeting was most likely going to need to be ripped up anyways to make sure it was dry & clean.
Yesterday afternoon I was notified that the seal on the passenger side was the issue and it was fixed at no charge to me which was great to hear. I asked if the cleaning the interior was something I still needed to tackle and was told that it was all taken care of. My husband picked up the car yesterday, because I am sick at home with COVID, and when he got home I looked at the car, and all the carpeting was still wet & the water damage on the sides of the interior can still be seen. I assumed that it being "taken care of" when specifically asking about the interior meant that it would be at least dry if not new carpeting since the initial phone call indicated that would need to be done to fix the issue. I do not want to have to deal with mold/mildew in my vehicle if it is not taken care of properly.
Please let me know what I need to do to have this issue resolved.

Evan was personable and professional. The work was done quickly within the time quoted. The waiting area was very comfortable, also. This was my first visit and it was a good first impression. I did buy my Honda here and my salesperson was excellent also.
