Every time I have been in for service the staff has been really friendly and attentive. Always keeping me updated on service progress and willing to answer any questions I may have.
It was the third time I've been there after having been told my second key fob for the new vehicle i bought was there and ready to be programmed. Agar a half hour in was told one again of wasn't there and there was no eta. Not good. Natasha was fine, not her fault.
Todd was friendly, diligent, and kept me updated on the progress of the work on my car.
Everybody's passing the buck especially my salesman... Said he has had the car since last tuesday and never told me.. Although i asked him after tuesday where the car was in he said he Did not know. I wish somebody would get things in order. From THOMAS W

Evan did the best he could, but for some reason a straight forward visit took 3 hours. Not what I've come to expect from Ron Bouchard.
