Bonnie is a great asset to Honda. She is knowledgeable and professional but she goes beyond those qualities by being very honest, personable, and really caring about your personal needs with my car . Bonnie creates a sense of trust and relaxation with her ability to articulate what is needed to make my car the best it can be for my situation. Bonnie’s level of connection with people seems rare in the auto industry. I hope she is recognized for her unique abilities that make me want to come back and work with her. Bonnie even introduced me to the mechanic that worked on my car, that really creates a sense of trust for me. I had a thorough understanding of what I paid for and why it was necessary. My car is 22 years old with 275K miles and runs like it did the day I bought it. Thank you Bonnie!
