Reyna was a warm and welcome face at an early morning drop off. I was updated at appropriate intervals throughout the day and Reyna was responsive to my messages. I hadn't been to SB Honda in quite some time but this experience was far easier than I remembered or expected, and for this reason I will happily return.

I spoke with Reyna the phone and was given all the information I needed to decide of having my Honda serviced. It was paramount that I had the recall done today and I was very happy with the quick and excellent service! As soon as I arrived on sight every need and request were met by Reyna and the rest of the staff. I would expect further business in the future! ????
Roger was very helpful from the moment that I got to the service center. He made sure that I understood the items that my car was going to be checked for and when there was a charge error he caught it and corrected it before it was even brought to my attention. My car was serviced quickly and he followed up with a call and text to let me know it was done. I couldn’t be happier.

Bonnie is our favorite person at Honda SB and we always request her. She explains everything clearly and gives a good summary of our cars inspection prior to leaving. She is also kind and with excellent customer service skills. I will finish by saying you are blessed to have her and we would rate her a 10 in all areas
Amazing service as always, with Bonnie. She make sure everything is handled accordingly with the service and if there is other issues with the car, she updates us right away and explain about the issue to resolve them.
