Made a nine thirty appointment for an oil change and filter. The cost was supposed to be 7499 I made the appointment through an email sent for special services.They told me my oil change was gonna be a hundred and nine dollars. I insisted that they give me the 7499 rate.And then let them know that I would be waiting for the car thinking it should be an hour. After 3 hours, I decided to ask somebody about my vehicle.And they told me it was going up next but that the person who was going to be working on it was leaving for lunch meaning it would be at least another 2 hours.So I decided to take my car away very disappointed.
