I was given an appointment for 230 Saturday. When I got there, I was told that I would have to leave my car overnight. I decided to wait but I waited 2 1/2 hours. That was unacceptable for someone who has an appointment. I should not have been given the appointment without Clarification that I would have to wait or that I might have to leave my vehicle overnight.
Customer service was great. However I don’t love the recent change to “recommend” thousands of dollars of servicing that aren’t needed. It makes it hard to trust what is actually needed versus services recommended to “add value.” I’ve been servicing my car at Honda for 10 years but considering going elsewhere.
Bonnie has gone above and beyond since the first time she assisted me 4 years ago. I am continuously in awe of her energy and kindness.

Poor slow service took 20 days to replace a starter and didn’t even provide transportation or a loaner vehicle. Extremely taxing and inconvenient

Luis goes above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of and can explain everything needed for the service of your vehicle. He does this all while speaking with you in a manner that feels authentic to who he really is.
