Schedule an appointment for oil change and tire rotation, tires weren’t rotated, I mark the front drivers tire came back same place.. they claim that did rotate them I showed them the mark . Told me they would ask mechanic that worked on car, I sure he’ll say he did do the rotation.. makes me wonder if they even did oil change or just added oil, since it only had 2000 plus miles. They also told me management would call me me till this day I never got a call .. I went in 12-04-25…I waited and it’s 12-30-25 and no call so I that why I’m doing this review
Newly powder coated black rims were found scratched around lug nuts after the tire rotation.
