I like that she wasn’t pushy in any way, so that made me want to review more of the work that needs to done, and to have it done by Honda. When people are too pushy about fixing items in my vehicle I deviate from wanting to get my place service there.

Bonnie does an excellent job, but Honda's service prices are too expensive. Servicing my wife's BMW at their dealership has been cheaper than my Odyssey at Honda. Something is wrong with that!
