The girls that work at your service desk are outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of after our appointment took many hours longer than expected, Stephanie especially.Even our salesman, Tony, stopped by to help make things right for us. I can’t thank your team enough for doing such an amazing g job for us this past weekend. I spoke to Stephanie and Stacy and they went above and beyond to get our truck sane day and back to us so we could get back on the road and home. Josh shuttled us to the dealership and was extremely polite. Carried my parents bags and was just a very genuine gentleman. Of course a huge thanks to Chad for doing the work and quickly. Thank you so much and you truly have an amazing team.

Nothing was done. You said it was the spark plugs and coils which were changed not but 6 months ago. After replacing the engine you put the old plugs and coils in and charged me for one. Then the same issue that was happening before and after I changed the spark plugs and coils and I am charged $250 for a diagnostic charge and told the spark plugs and coils need to be changed AGAIN. I sort of feel ripped off and if this issue is reoccurringafyer I change coils and plugs I will not be pleased. I do thank you for picking up the vehicle and returning to me though.

Kimbre is always very nice to work with. My extended warranty was being difficult but she stayed after them and I wound up being completely covered. There was a problem with the old engine and it was replaced with a new one. The service only took a couple of days after the extended warranty company agreed to pay.
