I appreciate that Stephanie worked with me through the entire process to insure everything was done correctly. I assume that this process took more time to process and she never forgot about keeping me updated throughout the process. I also appreciate that Ford Motor Company gave me some Customer Good Will help for the door replacement costs. The service on my headrest was great. However, my detail was very poorly done and when I got home with my vehicle, there was a tear in the middle row, captain chair of my car.

I had a great experience working with my service advisor Kimbre. She was very knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend her and will be returning for future service needs.

Both times I have been here, the customer service is great. But I called last week to set my appointment for my fuel filter and had it set for today. An hour into my service, I was told they didn't have my filter. I set this appointment cause I had time open since I had just finished a job and had a day before starting another one. So now have to reschedule for my filter, but not sure when that will be. But even with this hiccup, I will continue to use Star Ford for my vehicle needs.

Ford is a pain in the **** to deal with, I really appreciated the way Kimbre handled the situation and kept me updated. I was naturally frustrated due that a brand new truck broke down at 700 miles. Kimbre assured me that she would do everyone she could to get it fixed. And she did just that. You should praise her, and have her mentor other employees. I could not ask for a better experience in regard to Kimbre. PM Thank you!

Stephanie was amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable about my appointment. Service was ok. I had the company tires rotated. Someone, a tech, I’m sure drove that vehicle out of the bay and didn’t even give the common courtesy to put air in the tires. The light was on upon arrival. A good tech would have mentioned it. A GREAT tech would have ensured the pressure on the tires was corrected. Imagine getting tires rotated but ignoring the tire pressure.

Stephanie had great customer service and you can tell she enjoys taking care of her customers. Big Star Ford got me in on Monday and got me out same day at a great price. Would definitely recommend and will come back if I need more work done.
