The entrance into the building was typically met with a smile a hello and a good morning. I went to the waiting room sat there for a while cuz I know what they were doing to the car. Enjoyed some television read some papers I brought the car was finished I signed the papers Kimber actually help me get my stuff to the car. She's very customer oriented. All in all what a nice day. I drove the car on our way home headed up the speeds of 75 pushing 80 went over rough roads going home the car took her off roads beautifully not a knock knock very quiet very nice. I wish everyone I dealt with treats me like Kimber treated me and of course the people that actually worked on a car. What a very pleasant day. Jim

The truck still doesn’t have cold air I went to the store and had to buy a 140 can of Freon for the truck to throw cold air and it worked then hours later it just leaked out everything, hoping the warranty is still active, very disappointed that my truck don’t have cold air
I feel I was over charged for figuring out why my windshield wiper wasn’t working properly and what I needed for a tire.
Everything was good. Kimbre was Great.

Kimbre is amazing! She went above and beyond to help me get my car warranty to approve the claim on my vehicle. Even though they have denied it for a second time. She stayed on top of them and was so helpful. She definitely needs a raise!
