Kimber and the whole team completely exceeded any expectations we had prior to bringing our Explorer to the dealership! This was our 1st time to the dealership as we were passing through town. I called ahead, explained our concern and Kimber ran from there! Our safety was her 1st priority. She was clear in her communication throughout the entire process. Once I arrived, the entire team made me feel right at home (with my dogs in toe)! I could not of asked for a better experience! Thank you for making my safety and peace of mind top priority!

Kendra was very nice and did her job well. My problem was that even though she had put my order into the computer and filled out the paperwork, the mechanic never did anything with my car.
