No I never said I was happy with the service. As a matter of fact Rodney the so called manager well needs help with customer service. I called about my truck the floor board is wet. He wanted me to make appointment. Well it's a very expensive vehicle. I had to speak with the general manager. He had take my truck in got me a loaner that was on 02/07/24. I had to call them for an update at which time I was told that they found the leak & it would be 2/27/24 before they could fix it. I asked so in the mean time it will still leak. The answer was YES!!! So how would you like to have your 80 thousand truck get rust & carpet mildew. So as far as a good review Lol not from me

Kendra is awesome, and communicated well. Kept me up to date with my repairs every step of the way. I think the price was a bit over the top for the repair but she can't help that.

I was Lied to by the dealership GM. An owner of the dealership made me aware of the internal communications with staff several weeks prior to the appointment. Which if notified would have changed the outcome of the appointment. There is a Lack of integrity and communication to the customer.

Ms Phillips has always been not only courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful but also someone whose opinion I trust completely. I have asked her for help on a variety of topics and she has never failed to teach me something and/or advise me correctly. She is a jewel!

I was completely unaware of the price of the diagnostic test that would be run and was not aware that they would charge PER test. I scheduled the appoint over the phone a month in advance and was not made aware that it was so expensive, along with being charged “per diagnostic”.
