Kimbre is awesome! The original service advisor and tech not so much. My truck was there for a total of 8 months! No communication until Kimberly took over. I was charged for items that were not done and for items that were under warranty at other places. My number was given to the original advisor yet she never contacted me. Your service department has not improved any other the one advisor and technician that she brought in.

The part that was ordered was not the correct one for my vehicle. It was going to cost another $200 and more time to get the correct part snd to get scheduled to have it installed. Almost $600 for a passenger side mirror just seemed to expensive. All staff members were very courteous and apologetic for the mixup on ordering the part.
