I originally purchased my vehicle from Maserati of Tampa. I called Maserati of Tampa for two weeks but every number would automatically hang up on me. I needed to bring my car in for service so I called Maserati of St.Petersburg and I was lucky to find Michael Fallin. It was a pleasure to deal with him. The level of service he provided was second to none. I will look to Maserati St. Petersburg for all my future purchases and needs. Thank you Mr. Fallin.

Service Manager is not reliable and has terrible customer service skills. Particularly towards women. Very disappointing for a luxe dealership such as Alfa Romeo & Maserati.

Dropped my car off the night before and the day of my appointment I received a text stating I was a no show for my appointment. I called regarding my car already being there and was told someone would get back to me to confirm my car was checked in, no return call for confirmation. I was schedule for 8 AM, I did not hear anything from Michael until 5:30 PM. I tried calling and leaving a message with no return call. When I called again I was told the office was unable to get ahold of him. Going an entire day with no confirmation my car was looked at and no update is completely unacceptable.
