Mike and his team have always been customercitentric and I am completely satisfied.
The service department at Alfa Romeo is exceptional. However the roadside assistance is not acceptable. I waited 5 hours on Sunday and 3 hours on Monday. Curtis and I believe his name was Justin were great once they got there.

The service dept got me in a 30 mins earlier which was awesome. I was able to work and make some work calls in the guest office without any loud chatter from employees that used to gathered in the lobby. All the employees were friendly and actually said hello which is lacking in todays customer service. This Alfa dealership appears to be run very well. Also liked the online service discount coupons. Some of my high end clients have exotic car rallys and the rally ends with a catered lunch at the dealership. Alfa of St. Pete could sponsor an Alfa rally from st pete to tampa and back to the dealership and you would get your target clientele at your dealership with lunch provided.
My tire was replaced quickly. Very satisfied, thank you.
