The team got me squeezed in the same day I had a roadside emergency. Took care of my service while I was at work and had my car ready for me to pick up after work. Was able to make my payment through the web portal when the service was done which was quick and easy. Overall really good experience with my service. Thanks!

No one smiles in your dealership. Unfortunately, this dealership is not a friendly place and no one seems happy in the building. I’ve bought a lot of cars and many dealerships and this is the worst. My best experiences have been ALL the BMW dealerships, they treat their clients kindly and makes them feel important. I will probably go back to BMW
