Had to call 4 times to find out the status of my car. Had new tire put on, but air pressure on all tires were not checked. No one smiles in your dealership. Unfortunately, this dealership is not a friendly place and no one seems happy in the building. I’ve bought a lot of cars and many dealerships and this is the worst. My best experiences have been ALL the BMW dealerships, they treat their clients kindly and makes them feel important. I will probably go back to BMW

My point of reference for quality auto service is Audi Clearwater. Firstly, the VIN for my father's vehicle (2022 Levante) did not register when attempting to book a service appointment through your online portal. Next, I attempted to use the live chat function;however, representative responses, albeit polite, were delayed (significantly greater than what you would expect that task to take when seeing a live service advisor). Even after receiving a message from the online representative that the appointment had been booked through the chat, I did not receive any email or text-message confirmation. Thus, I had to call in to book the appointment. This was a smooth experience, and thus I have no complaints with the appointment scheduled via phone. After dropping off the car however, I did not receive any information as to the results of the multi-point inspection, and was shown a charge of $377.50 without any explanation as to the rationale behind it. I believe that my service (tire replacement) was actually covered under warranty. I was shown that my service advisor was Madalyn, but my advisor was actually another individual (whose name was Mark I believe, but could be wrong). I attempted to send a message via the documentation portal, but was not given a response. Overall, I would rate the experience a 2.5/5. The actual provision of service by my advisor and the explanation of services was done well. However, based on my personal experience, I would argue that your current tech portal isn't properly consolidating and retrieving the proper database information. I'm unsure whether these problems may have been due to my request to switch the main contact on the account from my father ( who is currently out of the country) to myself. I realize that your customer base likely utilizes phone contact to a much greater degree than text/online portals, but this is likely to change in the future. At Audi clearwater, I was given consistent updates regarding the service procedure and how long it would take, and when I would be able to pick the vehicle up. I was given a link to my lyft service where I could then also give a gratuity (an option that was missing from Maserati). I hope that this feedback helps in improving your customer service, I bear no ill-will; I simply wanted to share my experience so that it may aid in reducing another customer's frustrations. Thanks

Had a good visit for service. Both of the service advisors are really good and made the process very easy. Going in for service can be a bit nerve wracking but your team does a good job of taking the stress out of the process.

Service experience was great. Very nice dealership to spend time at while waiting for my Stelvio. It was ready and washed in less time than expected. Hoping to convince my wife to consider purchasing a Tonale in 2024 based on the quality of service provided.

Excellent help from the Service Department. The service on my car was completed 2 days earlier than expected. Arrived 15 minutes after closing and still helped me with my car. Service at St Pete was half the price quoted from Sarasota. Highly recommend the Service Department in St Pete. Great people worked with. Thank you.
