You ever did tire rotation forgot to tighten the lug nuts on the right front tire. They were finger tight.

I had a very good experience at Wilson Toyota
Service and the communication between myself was excellent.
All went well, except the same drainage sound we can not figure out?
Sadly it happened right after I brought the car home. I told them I have a recording of it and it is becoming louder.
Email of new recording will be submitted.
But the frustration I had today is that they want to charge another pricey diagnostic fee for the same issue, this did not seem reasonable. So we still need to address that issue.
Eric was on top of the whole process - had us in and out in no time flat. Even helped me get the dog out of the back of the car! Excellent experience - thank you all.
