We appreciate the great service and friendly, competent staff. Time promised was time delivered. Door to Men’s bathroom is very hard to open when client has a walker. It could be adjusted.

Zach was fine. The parts and labor are overpriced for the service and work received. All for a Camry that has more problems than I’ve had with all previous models combined.

I asked for my spare tire to be aired up with My oil change. When I got in my car to leave I noticed my low tire was still on. Eric told me it Was a sensor issue after I mentioned it via text. I stopped at Car Max in Ankeny and asked them To air up my tires and my spare. They did and my low tire Light came off. They said all my tires were low. My gas Door was left open. I saw my car parked and went up to the Counter to get ready to pay. I had to wait 10 minutes because They were busy watching videos and arguing over The word ‘stupider’. All this for a $115 oil change. Nothing else.

Wonderful service! I was so worried about driving my car before bringing it in. I called and they got me in the next day and fixed everything right away. Very polite and courteous staff as well! Thank you so much!

The engine air filter and cabin air filter were supposed to be replaced but were not. The service person said the job would take half a day. I had been in contact with him all morning by text. After just a couple hours I received a message from him that the vehicle was ready. Since he told me half a day i asked him if the vehicle was actually done. He wouldn’t respond. I asked a bit later to send the shuttle and I did not hear from him. Awhile later I called the service department and couldn’t get ahold of anyone but left a message for someone to call me back about the status of the car and to send the shuttle. The shuttle did show up as apparently the message I left on the service department voice mail was listened to but they didn’t call me back to answer my question about whether the car was actually ready. I picked up the car skeptical it was finished but I had to get to work. When I got home I was able to check the filters just to find they were not changed. The oil appears to have been changed. I have not looked at the coolant yet. I would like to be contacted by a manager.

I dropped my truck off Monday night for service on Tuesday for the recall I scheduled. I was done Monday but never got a call. So I called Tuesday because I got the text it was done on Monday. When I called I asked to be picked up after work in Boone at 4 pm but was informed by my service advisor they don't shuttle to or from Boone. News to me I was just taken home to Boone on Monday afternoon and multiple times before. I say better have loaners available then. So I called back to see if my truck could be brought to me then and was informed that is not possible as well. So when I came in to pick up my truck Tuesday afternoon the notification when I went to leave was still on my touchscreen to get service for the recall. I went back in to the cashier and she said she would find out. 15 minutes later she came back and told me it should go off within 10 days ?. I also checked or called to see how much a oil change would be and was told 120 dollars plus tax. This was a couple of months ago. So I went to motor inn Toyota of Carroll and walked out with the total of $61 including the tire rotation. Please tell me why I should return there for any service. Thank you.
