What was done in my 10,000 mile service
My glove compartment was open when I got in the car & does not close . It was not like that when I brought it in for service .I called into report that , I have an appointment next week for a recall on the front bumper & ask if the glove compartment could be checked at that time .. Karen S

An hour and a half for a tire rotation and check is way too long when I made an appointment.
The technician Eric and one of the receptionists I spoke to were great! Accommodating as usual. But you’ve got another receptionist there not doing you any favors. She was rude to me when I spoke to her on the phone and hung up on my father. The service took longer than expected which was totally understandable, but when he called to be sure it wasn’t because there was more extensive damage than we expected, she was even more rude to him than she had been to me, which ended in her hanging up the call. I love the service you guys provide and had been bragging to my parents how great the customer service is prior to this experience, which is why we came here even though it costs more, but you may be advised to listen to the recording of that call, I doubt this is an isolated incident since she was rude to me as well.

The service and cleaning took them 5 and half hours to do. And I was very unhappy with that.
Erik was kind, friendly and efficient. I will be back when I next need service! The texts call me "Not-provided" like that's my name. That's the only thing that is a little odd.????
My service was fine and manager very polite. I have never paid over 100 for an oil change only until today.
Staff & service Wednesday morning was perfect. However I did have a scheduled 2pm appt for an oil change & tire rotation the previous week. When I arrived, the service kept was 2hrs behind. I can not wait that long I had to reschedule as I come 60 miles for the service
I was under the impression I was going to get a oil change. What I got was trying to sell a air filter on a car that has 4800 miles on it and they never reset the service reminder. This was my first time dealing with the service department
It took 2 hours just to get my oil changed. I was told when I arrived it would be at least 90 minutes. Why then make an appt if they know we’ll have to wait that long. This is the second time it took that long. And it will be the last time.
