It was good experience
1) the manager in the front office was very helpful . I was able to drive my car with confidence , they took care of the oil leak and changed the oil .. everything was done correctly and professionally .yes they get AAA . My car was fixed and cleaned .
Honestly we are disappointed that at 25,000 miles we had to put new tires on our car. Also we asked that our car be washed and they did wash the car, but never washed the white foam from our tires which seems very odd to us since the car was in because of the tires. Typically we get top notch service so we were a bit surprised.
Brought my brand new Volvo in because the front passenger busted. I received no answers, the service department did not want to work on the car and they sent me to a third party body shop. This was only for me to have the body shop replace the window but say the automatic for the window isn’t working and Volvo would have to fix or reset it.
