Service was good when in store, but calling to schedule an appointment, modify it or ask questions was extremely difficult. There needs to be better staffing of the phone lines. In addition, when my vehicle was ready, I did not receive a phone call. I dropped my vehicle off for a 9:00 am appointment and was told they would call around 3:00 when my car was ready. I never received a call. I could not get through the phone when attempting to call to see if vehicle was ready. I arrived at 5:00 pm before 5:30 close time. My car was ready. Additional service was recommended but I was unwilling to leave my car another full day. Why wouldn’t the call me? Especially with the opportunity to get another sale? This center is losing business due to difficulty with calling and inability to call customers being serviced. at
Everything was job well done
My 20,000 mile service was promised to be done within 1 to 1.5 hours but it took over 3.5 hours. Mark apologized and seemed genuinely sorry for what happened.
Very helpful and does his best to provide comfort to the customer.
