The service person remembered me . That was a good feel for me. Now adays that's rare. Making my appointment online was easier than I thought it would be. The brakes aren't as sensitive as before. Might be because their new. I have more pedal travel than before also. I will drive abit more .
Mark was extremely helpful to me when I needed service immediately. He confirmed my warranty coverage and got me set up with a new tire - even on a time crunch as I was attempting to make a funeral services He was prompt, attentive, and courteous. Also very knowledgeable. I will gladly return for service if he’s my service advisor. Top tier service and much appreciated given it was a distress service.

great service and great work---very appreciative that I was taken in for service the same day (I had been calling for several days to try and make an appointment with no return call) but when I decided to just stop in to inquire if there was a system problem and Mark Konior was very attentive and apologetic and stated that they would provide the service to my vehicle right then and there---no need for me to have to return at a later date---GREAT SERVICE!!!
