Outstanding service and advice from Mark
Mark is fantastic, but now I have to schedule a second trip to your dealer to
Refix my car… like the keys it took 4 trips now I have to come back to fix both the Autohold and Low coolant again….
Maybe it’s time to call this thing a lemon and just be done with it. 4 trips for keys will be 2+ for this now

Mark Molloy should be considered an extremely valued employee. Mark's customer service made my experience at Volvo phenomenal. I have truly enjoyed working with me basically rebuilding 2008 XC90 and getting all the repairs done in time for my daughters'16th birthday. I know that Mark and the Volvo team will help me keep the vehicle on the road for a few more hundred thousand miles. I applaud Mark and the Volvo technician, excellent job.

It’s very hard to communicate in a timely fashion. I just got my car back and it’s already causing me problems again.
Mark was phenomenal and took such great care of all my needs. I'm glad they found critical issues I didn't even know I had. I appreciate this high level of customer service from Volvo, especially having some issues with old management.
I’m missing parts from my wheels (the center Volvo crests that were on my OEM wheels are gone) and it sat outside for a day because no one called when it was ready.
Mark was absolutely fantastic! He was very attentive and made sure to go above & beyond to ensure I my insurance covered as much of my payment needs as possible. He even stayed well beyond his typical end of business day to ensure I left with no questions & my car was done. I truly appreciated that and Pawl was incredibly helpful and patient as I learned the new app! 10 out of 10 from both!!
