I was happy with the job Dominick did. I was a little disappointed by the service team who after working on my battery did not re set my clock for me. That would have been better service to do so.
All paperwork was taken care of the day before I brought the car in. He was ready for me, as was a tech to check out the problem, so I was only waiting a short time.
Patrick was friendly and knowledgeable. I did mention to him about my past 2 oil changes. My last 2 oil changed stressed me. The woman who was taking care of me , didn’t. So Patrick was a breath of fresh air. He gave me a time frame , it only took an hour! My only disappointment was your car wash wasn’t working!
Every was very thorough and made sure that all of my car needs were taken care of even though I just came in for an oil change. She knows her job and was friendly. You have an excellent employee in Evey.

I got there at 7 for an oil change and tire rotation. At 8:26 I inquired about the status. The guy told me I needed a new filter which I OK’d and I told him I had a 9 o’clock meeting. He said it would be a few minutes. I checked 20 minutes later and he said he was doing paperwork but my car was already out in the lot. He completely ignored the fact that I needed to hurry. Terrible service.
We have always been very happy with Evey service. Because of her service we are thinking about purchasing another forester.
