While I was generally pleased with my experience, the parts that were supposed to be in inventory for my repairs were not. Fortunately I was able to wait for the parts to be couriered from Countryside. I was not keen to the suggestion that aftermarket parts were an option.
Steven was wonderful to work with, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He is an asset to your dealership.
Is was disappointing to have to change plans and return to the dealership regarding the service. New debris (leaf) was introduced to the air filter during the free inspection following the oil change, and the new onset loud propeller sound from the air system when driving away from the dealership led to an immediate return to the dealership, my wife driving out to pick up the kids, and what seemed to be a sluggishness to acceleration at stop lights. I got the impression that some of the staff was annoyed with my concern, but I was glad that they deemed it to just be the leaf in the filter. I know it’s an inconvenience to have a customer return so quickly with an issue. It was a stressful situation for everyone I suppose. I was glad the issue was addressed.
Dominik provided me with one of the best service experiences that I have ever had. He addressed my issues immediately upon my arrival,confirming what needed to be done to my 2022 Subaru Outback.He went above and beyond making sure that my insurance documentation was in order for a loaner that he had already procured for me.Dominik was pleasant,efficient and professional.I couldn't have been more satisfied with how he took care of my appointment.
Evey was the best service representative I've worked with at this service location. She was thorough and knowledgeable. Do whatever you can to keep her because the great people always leave.
