Usually takes too long and I needed some help with the trunk lid randomly not opening and couldn’t get an answer as to how to get the trunk lid open when it happens.
Costs are out of control. Inconsistent information from service advisors with this car during my visits. The constant effort to add costly services is really annoying. The revolving door of service advisors is troubling. I am currently leaning away from this dealership.
My car is smoking and has a very bad smell coming from it. I am getting it towed back to your dealership and expect to refunded for the oil change which was 112 dollars.
