Third time I've had to bring in my vehicle for the same issue, spending a total of about $3,000. Delayed communication. Requested vehicle pickup and dropoff when booking appointment online. Car was supposed to be ready at 2pm, and so asked for a shuttle to pick me up at 2pm in order to pick up my children on time at 3pm. Never received confirmation, until about 2:40pm when I was just getting into an Uber. This cost me $25, in addition to the $40 late fee at my children's summer camp. Car was not washed or vacuumed. I will not be returning to this Subaru dealership in the future for service.
Joey took very good care of us and was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.
Joey Hernandez was Awesome ! Very friendly & took his time exploring everything to me . I would give him 100 percent . But, as far as anything else , I give a 35 %, because the car wash was broken & I didn’t even get a vacuum on the inside . And also, Terry the young man that I first spoke to was also great !
