I’ve called twice now and left messages with no response. Was told yesterday when I called to check that Joey would call later. Still nothing and I don’t even know if my vehicle is ready or not.
Took a little long but I understood that. They found a tail light was out and did not ask me if they should replace it. I would of had it done.

Theirs is no reason someone has to wait hours in the waiting area and not be updated about a vehicle. It has been a very poor experience.
Dominik was courteous, considerate, helpful, and polite. After I reported my service issue, he took responsibility and made sure it was fixed and that I was satisfied. Working with him was an absolute pleasure.

i was told when I made the app that it was for the recall service and it was only done until 11:00 am mon-fri. I had to make an app so I had to leave it overnight due to my work on Sun for my appointment at 7:00 am on mon and when I came to pick it up at 4:00 pm was told by a rude girl that they have alot of cars to work on(then what good is a appointment) and had to still wait for the free car wash. I was than told tat they had to order the parts that this was just an inspection to see if my car was one that was recalled. This is not a good practice to not tell the truth from the beginning and still will have to make another appointment.
While I’m not very pleased with my vehicle, the customer service is phenomenal! As always, the staff, (Patrick) was professional, thorough and pleasant. It's always a pleasure working with the Subaru reps !

I specifically asked for windshield whiper fluid. The guy signing me in said, " No problem, it's included in the process."

On way home there was a notification regarding NO WINDSHIELD CLEANER." I was shocked because I specifically asked for cleaner. Needless to say I immediately agast and disappointed in service because i am 86 yr old woman, who i believe was treated very disrespectfuly. The indicator was glaring on dashboard, could not b missed. I have to make a return trip to get the washer fluid, Which is time consuming.
Great job! Totally satisfied!
