The mechanic did not safely secure the batter clamp on the negative terminal on the new battery that was installed on my 2019 Subaru Forester. I had to back to get that done. My service advisor Joey Hernandez was excellent.

I was so happy when I showed up for my appointment and saw that Evey would be handling my vehicle again. She was great last time I was in for service and she was equally amazing this time! Evey is so thorough, smart, efficient and handled everything I needed. I hope I have her every time I need to have my vehicle serviced there. she is awesome!

Oil change was done improperly. This resulted in my car leaking oil when I drove it from Subaru service Orland park to my home in Minooka,IL. Then a puddle of oil was under my car on the garage floor with oil dripping I saw the next morning when I took the car out of my garage.Subaru towed the vehicle back to their location in Orland Pk to fix the problem which was an incorrectly installed oil pan bolt that was causing the oil to leak they said. I asked for a free oil change the next time but I won't take it back to the International Subaru if Orland park again and will not recommend that Subaru dealer to anyone.Poor service inattentive staff and difficult to get in contact with anyone when this incident occurred.I had to leave messages and keep calling back to finally get a hold of someone through a text message.My service person Joey Hernandez never called me back and 2 messages were left for the store manager which were never returned. Call me or send me an email and I will tell you the disaster it was getting my windshield replaced That took 3 months to schedule when the part was in stock and paid for.

Evey was great! Very thorough and kept me informed. I appreciate that. The problem was with the car itself. I had new tires installed and there was a lot of grease on the rims that I had to clean up. Didn’t notice till I got home. I have become accustomed to outstanding service from Orland Subaru but Evey took it to another level! She’s excellent.
