I asked for a quote to replace my passenger sideview mirror and am still waiting. I have called the dealership twice to get the quote. Otherwise the service was fine.

My 6000 mile scheduled maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) took 3 hours to complete on 08-17-23. I was on time for my appointment, and your Service Dept was not busy. Joey Hernandez did a great job checking in on me and updating me on my cars progress. If your service department is double-booked with appointments, or your mechanics are understaffed, you really should just reschedule appointments instead of making your customers wait 3 hours for an oil change. If this happens again we will be switching to another Subaru dealer for all future maintenance.

It’s not often that I say this but I am disappointed in the lack of communication. Although I had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time, my oil change service still took two hours before I received my first update on the service by text message. When I responded to the text message asking for an update, I didn’t receive a reply.
Separately I asked about an air conditioning diagnosis and we mutually agreed that I should set a separate appointment by phone. However, when I try to follow up on this issue my calls to the service advisors go unanswered.
Perhaps you all are busy but I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt based on previous positive service experiences. It’s just that this time I’m finding it difficult to get an answer regarding services.
From the person who checked me in to the woman who checked me out they quickly and pleasantly took care of me. My Legacy was beautifully cleaned and making an appointment in advance for my next check up was greatly appreciated.

My hub cap wasn’t in stock and the oil change took over two hours.
After waiting almost 90 minutes, my car had not been serviced.
Plus I had a 1:20 appointment!
Therefore, I asked the service counter to bring my car back to the front.
No oil change was done!
Took too long, almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told 1 hour. Otherwise service was fine.

Possibly put up signage that asks people to refrain from loud conversations on their cell phones while people are
watching tv , reading a book etc
