Evey Merriman, is a fantastic person. She definitely knows how to take care of her customers need. What I enjoy is that when she tells you about your vehicle, nobody can hear what's being said. That's something I find bothersome. Even doesn't do that.
I came in because I got my oil changed a week before and I started leaking oil. I had to come back and Dominik was insistent to make sure I was taken care of and gave me the quickest service I gotten at any dealership. He did not belittle my problem when explaining what I noticed and what a possible issue probably is. He took in my considerations and made sure my issue was fixed. Amazing service !!

I was not expecting to receive an oil change on the same evening I came in (Friday). I was planning on dropping it off and coming back Monday morning when I returned from being out of town. I was pleasantly surprised to be in and out in less than an hour. Dominik made me feel valued and cared for like he truly was happy to help me and make my service take place faster than I expected.

The girl who helped me, was great. I want her to always help me when I bring my car in. She was so friendly and helpful. Everyone there are so nice.
My Forester was at the dealer for 30 days. I was provided a loaner, which was fine. After picking up my car I noticed a strong scent of oil on and off. My oil levels appear to be fine and there does not seem to be a leak. I have driven over 500 miles and the scent is not appearing as frequently. Might not be an issue of concern.
After getting my car home I noticed the driver side headlight and passenger side tail light were burnt out. I was surprised this wasn't caught by anyone before the vehicle was returned to me. I was fully capable of replacing the bulbs on my own, but would have expected this to have been brought to my attention.
My engine cover was scratched in multiple places. If I had to take a guess of how it happened, I'd say it was placed upside down and dragged. While this might seem like something miniscule to care about, it makes me lose confident in the technicians and their ability to properly service my Subaru.
