I asked for my tires be filled to 35 or 36 psi since cold weather is coming. The inside information screen showed only 32 and 33. I questioned Rebecca before I left and she assured me they were inflated to 36!! They were not.

I asked more than once about a quote for new tires, then I reminded him again when my service of my car finished.
I asked from the beginning of my service to wash my car, they did not wash it.
I asked for a simple fuse change, they wanted to charge me 180 for inspection, when more than once I said I only want my fuse changed only.

When the car was completed and I checked out it still had its protection sheet on the driver seat and floor paper as well as steering wheel plastic covering which I have to remove and look for a way to dispose of it. I didn’t get her name but a blonde woman saw my hands full of this disposal paper and while I couldn’t find a trash receptacle she intervened and took it before I had to enter the waiting room to continue my search for the perfect disposal method. I’m my opinion Don’t take a first class servicing and make it a flop because you’ve given me a car after it is serviced for an oil change as if to say why did you bother coming in we don’t care that much about the customer reaction. At least my sensibilities weren’t slighted but it’s not the way I received a car in any dealership ever... You made this happen so I guess as well as the rest of the economy politics and strife in this moment of time it just seems fitting like as if to validate bad experiences, so I’m calling you out on this.
