This may be a repeat, I’m not sure the previous submission went through. Evey was fantastic, simply the best interaction I have ever had with a dealer customer service representative. She fit me in the schedule, had the car washed, was spot on in estimating the time to perform the service and even buffed out a scratch in the paint. Bravo!
Evey was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Made my experience getting my car serviced a good one. Got my car back at about the time she promised. Maybe a little bit earlier.
She was very kind and took care of my oil change request.
Since I wasn't willing to pay for a diagnostic test for the same problem with my remote start as I had before, my car was never looked at in over 24hrs. I somewhat understand but what I DO NOT understand is having my messages and phone calls ignored. That is NOT cust service.
I won't be back and I will tell anyone who asks, don't go to International in O.P.
