When I picked up my car I noticed the bumper was misaligned which was strange because it was not like that when it went in and when I brought it up to the service manger she looked up the accident report on my car and made it sound like it was like that because of the accident I had over a year ago. There was also an office employee I was not familiar with that criticized the paint job that was done and said the bumper was aftermarket and that was the reason for the misalignment. I felt frustrated because I know it was not like that when I dropped the car off and even if it was, the way they handled it made me feel disgusted especially when I spent over 13,000 on repairs. My car is also taking a long time to start(5 to 6 seconds to start) and has a chemical smell like gas in the cabin. When I called them to tell them I wanted to drop my car off they told me I could in a week and I may need to pay more money to fix it. They put a brand new engine in my car and it started better with the old one. There is no way I can wait a week to bring my car in, it will probably be even worse by then. I hope they can address these issues soon or I fear my car will be unable to drive.

There were no problems. I was rather disappointed my entire vehicle wasn’t washed. I had exterior graphics added and the area they were applied was wiped down, while the rest of the vehicle was left as is.

Just came in after being there about 2 weeks ago for an oil change, new battery and a wash, with out an appointment took only 45 minutes or so. This time for a tire rotation. Apparently you don’t need an appointment for oil changes or tire rotations. This unfortunately took longer. I must have come in at a busy time. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes just to get the tire rotation. And I had to show my coupon 3 times as well. I was also asked to pay over $100 dollars, there was another Kathy and they looked at the wrong records. So yes this was not my best visit to your facility.
would like to have had more updates and communication on the status of service on my car. I had to inquire after 2 hrs of no info before I received any update. Three and half hours seems to be lengthy time for service when brought in at 8am. Evey however was very polite and courteous in the interactions recived.
The service was excellent. I received my vehicle in a reasonable amount of time.

when I got back in my car to drive home i noticed my display was changed
not sure how to get it back don't know why it was changed hope all my safety features are still working. The visit for the oil change was very good
and service person was very good also
