I made multiple attempts to find out the status of my vehicle. Three texts and three calls. Finally I was told that I would not be able to pick up the car until the next day. I am retired, so this lack of communication did not hurt me as much as it could have. I have purchased three new Subaru's from your store. It left me wanting to avoid coming to your store for service. Perhaps YOU can make a suggestion about how to make ammends.

Dominick was great although it seemed he was the only working. AND I forgot to have my tire pressure checked as the light on my dashboard was on. No one who installed my battery noticed it? The pressure is low and I’m returning so that Subaru can take care of it.

Closing the lot at exactly 6pm on a Friday when I was not told the cashier closes early compared to Mon-Thurs was disappointing. I wasted a trip to pick up my car that I already paid for to be told I could come back the next day by some sales guy. He said everyone left and I could see 5+ppl in the service department. Whatever I get ppl want to go home but why not message me the Friday hours sometime before closing instead of sending me this survey at 7pm??
