Patrick was phenomenal! He exhibits excellent, communication, follow-up and customer service! Knowing that there was a robes with this vehicle bases on the battery settlement it would have seemed to be a more streamlined process. Again, Patrick was supper helpful and supportive. He stayed in touch with me every step of the process.

Getting this recall taken care or was very unsatisfactory. I had the car in for it in October only to find out they had no parts for it yet. Then when a manager called I was told I would be on a list when the part came in. After a month I called only to find out I wasn’t on a list. Meanwhile Subaru and the car kept telling me there was a recall due. Needless to say I had to call back again at the end of November. I talked to 4 people before I was told they had parts. I brought the car in on December 4th. The car was fixed though I had to get home to read the paperwork as to what was done. All the guy said to me was my car was done , here are the keys you are ready to go! He did get the car out from between 2 cars for me. I think Subaru and the dealership could do better handing an issue of this kind

Your customer service reps are wonderful. They are all efficient and knowledgeable and pleasant. Evey is very intelligent and is so efficient. She really is an asset to your company. Sergio helped me today also. He is new and was being trained. He did a wonderful job. He was polite and really did a good job representing Subaru. Please commend them for their customer service efficiency.
