Not good this time. I was there for routine maintenance and waited 3.5 hours for my car. I pulled out of lot and noticed my vehicle was not even washed (as requested). I don't blame your service workers or attendants as they were clearly over booked.

I waited an extra hour and a half for my car because they did another assessment, told me they didn't have the part I bought a month ago, and then had to check their records for why my car was actually there. Wasn't very organized. Told me they would wash my car, which they put on the receipt as free, and then didn't wash the car. Not all the service reps fault, but the business needs to get their stuff together.
Dominik made a really stressful situation much easier. He went above and beyond helping me feel confident in the diagnosis and fixing of my car. I will only call Dominik for any future car repair needs. I cannot say enough how wonderful he was!!

Mr. Popowicz was professional and courteous. The wait was a bit long (90 minutes) but when you’re busy, you’re busy.
I went in to have new wheel locks put on my tires because I lost the key for the original wheel locks. I was told that the service department had master keys and would be able to take off my old wheel locks and put on new ones. However, it turns the service department was unprepared and ill-equipped. I had to wait almost two hours to be told this... And then it was suggested I schedule an appointment and come back. I don't understand why I'd make an appointment as I have little confidence the service department will actually be able to get the job done next time.
