Very nice and intelligent man Justn was that helped me in a tough position with a leaking subaru windshield. I had a gold extended warranty that supposedly did not cover windshield issues. It was Subaru glass windshield and was never replaced to my knowledge. I am retired on a very limited income so cost of new windshield would be devastating. Justin and the service manager helped to get Subaru corporate to cover the cost since it was a very rare occurrence that windshield would like as mine did. I am really appreciative of both their efforts and of Subaru stepping up in this instance. Thank you very much Justin and everyone else who helped in this situation. Glad to have my car back with no more worries about water leaking in!

The young woman who served me was friendly, quick to act, kept me updated on my car. It was truly great customer service.

I was glad it was kind of an easy fix and not more involved. I was surprised that I would need a new battery in a 3yo car. Then to pay $465 + taxes - I thought of as a bad sign. I don’t like the idea of spending $500 every 3 years for a new battery - changes your view of Subaru as reasonable.. Overall I have enjoyed my Subaru - It is a nice car to drive
