The reason I had a free oil change was because the last one I paid for they stated they put air in my tires when they clearly did not. This time they told me I needed a new air filter and carbon filter when both are only a few months old. This place has all so told me my tires are dry rotted, but when taken in to the other Subaru dealership they said they were fine.

Justin was great. He arranged for a loaner for me and he made sure to set expectations for completion of the work and delivered the same when my car was complete. Very professional and very nice to work with. He’s definitely an asset to the Subaru brand.

I asked them to look at window that will not close. They keep telling me that it’s because it’s dirty. This is not true because it’s been happening since the first week I bought the car. On the way home the window would not roll up once again. Now I’m sitting here with the window down and I have to put a garbage bag on my window. Also the car was supposed to be vacuumed and washed aspromised, but that wasn’t done. They said the car was ready but when I came it was not ready. When I text for updates on the call, I didn’t get any responses. I’d like to say something nice but I don’t really good to say. They gave me a loaner, but they didn’t fix my car and I’m really unhappy with the service I received. I’ll go somewhere else for further repairs and my next car purchase, which is coming soon . I don’t have time to keep taking my Subaru back-and-forth all day to this place. I should’ve known better. I was warned about this dealership.
