Sam helped me out with the situation with my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in because I saw it was leaking fluid, shortly after a maintenance appointment. I was setup with a loaner vehicle by Dominick, while the situation was bring figured out. Sam called me a few days later, when he had an update with what was going on with my vehicle. When he called me he was honest and direct. He told me what happened and how the issue was going to be resolved. He let me use the loaner car until my car was fixed. This helped me out a great deal for commuting to work. Sam kept me updated while the repairs were being done. I think Sam did a great job handling the situation and I appreciate his honesty. Honest people like Sam are the reason I stick with your dealership. Thanks for your help Sam.

Vincent was efficient and friendly. Two items of feedback:
1. Print the multi point inspection in color.
2. Don’t ask anyone specifically when they are leaving on a trip. And when they give you a general answer, don’t ask them again. That was an uncomfortable interaction for me.

I scheduled an appointment for my basic oil change/ tire rotation service, rather than just driving up, in hopes of having speedier service. Apparently having an appointment doesn’t help as I was there 2 1/2 hours. I arrived at 8:00 and left at 10:30.
